Robin Sosnow, Esq.
Robin has been an advocate to the equity crowdfunding industry since 2013. She is a ground floor participant in the post-JOBS Act era. In her practice, Robin’s core focus is to service issuers, platforms and broker-dealers in a broad range of matters relating to formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and capital raising strategies. She has broad experience advising on the JOBS Act exemptions, including Regulation D, Regulation A+ and Regulation Crowdfunding.
Robin is also an active participant in the blockchain industry, advising on the JOBS Act exemptions’ application to the security token offering segment. In her practice, she has structured on-shore and off-shore security token offerings, pre-sale offerings and compliant airdrops in reliance on Regulation Crowdfunding and Regulation D.
